Celebrating the upcoming gala to unveil his latest invention, a female robot named Pinky, the Prof and his best friends Bif , Zip, and Pinky's future boyfriend Blob travel to Las Prisma in The Color Revolution's Blimp for a guy’s night out, staying at Chartreuses’ Palace. They relax in their Villa and go to a casino, then celebrate with few shots of Blue Ruin on the hotel rooftop.

The next morning, Bif, Zip and Blob awaken to find they have no memory of the previous night, and the Prof is nowhere to be found. Zip is missing a tooth, their hotel suite is in disarray, a tiger is in their bathroom, a chicken in their living room, and a baby Raydian is in the closet. They find the Prof 's hovercraft impaled on a statue outside of their hotel and when they ask for their Blimp, the valet delivers an INKT police cruiser.

Following clues to their steps, the trio travel to a hospital where they discover they were drugged with distilled paint, causing their memory loss, and that they came to the hospital from a chapel. At the chapel, they learn that Zip married a grayscale artist named Jade, despite having a long-term crush on his fellow revolutionary, Arty; who loves Bif. Outside the chapel, the trio are attacked by gangsters, saying they are looking for someone. They flee and visit Jade, discovering that she is the mother of the baby, before being arrested by Inky police officers for stealing the cruiser.

Meanwhile, back in Chroma city, Pinky gets bored with being under constant surveillance and escapes the Color Underground headquarters. Then, fallowing the GPS tracker embedded in the Blimp, flies after the boys to Las Prisma.

Back in Las Prisma, the trio is being held in an Inky prison. Bif strikes a deal w/ the INKT officers: they go free after being targets for mortar training. Fortunately, Pinky arrives and after finding out what was to happen to her creator and her fellow revolutionaries, hacks into the police computers, which now say that the trio was arrested by mistake;
effectively setting them free before anyone is inked. She then tells Blob, who she fell in love with at first sight, that the Blimp is impounded and flies off.

While piloting the Blimp, they discover a drunk Inky in the trunk who attacks them and flees. Blob confesses that he spiked their drinks to ensure they had a good night, not knowing how strong the paint was.

Returning to their villa, they find Lil' Mac, who, after knocking out Zip, orders the trio to return the tiger to his mansion immediately. Bif drugs the tiger with the remaining paint and they fly towards Mac's home in the Blimp, but the tiger attacks them and damages the flotation device, forcing them to switch to car mode. After pushing the Blimp-car the rest of the way to avoid the tiger, Lil' Mac shows the trio footage of them stealing the tiger to help them locate the Prof. While driving, their car is struck by another vehicle intentionally; the passengers are revealed to be the gangsters from the chapel and their boss, Comrade Black– the drunk Inky from their trunk – who accuses the trio of stealing $80,000 of his money, graffiti-ing his house and kidnapping him.

As the guys try to deny this, Black says he has their friend, and threatens to kill him if his money is not returned. Unaware of the location of Black's $80,000, Blob - with the help of Pinky's statistics and Bif's knowledge of card counting - wins $82,400 playing Blackjack. They meet with Black and exchange the money, only to find that "the Prof" is a colormixer, named Reggie, who sold Blob the distilled paint. Pinky then tells the group that they scrued up so bad, that they're on their own as to finding a way back to Chroma, then flies back.

With the gala occurring in hours, Bif calls Arty to tell her that they cannot find the Prof. Following a conversation with Reggie, Zip realizes where the Prof is. The trio travel back to their hotel where they find the Prof on the roof, moved there on his mattress while he was asleep, as a practical joke by Bif, Zip and Blob. Before leaving, Zip makes arrangements to go on a date with Jade the following week. With less than four hours before the gala and with no flights available, the foursome race home, with the Prof revealing he has possession of Comrade Black's original $80,000. Despite their late arrival, Pinky is debuted to the scientific world and Arty confesses to loving Bif, witch Zip is happy for, as he tells her about Jade. As the event ends, Blob finds Zip's digital camera detailing the events they cannot remember and the four agree to look at the pictures together before deleting the evidence of their exploits.
